The environment flag dashboard is at the centre of how you manage and control your feature flags for each of your environments. From the dashboard you can the current state of your feature flags and the value being delivered to your application. You can access the dashboard by clicking on the environment from the main navigation panel.
The dashboard allows you to see several pieces of information at once. You can see general information about the flag such as it's name, date and time it was updated and a short description. You can also see the unique flag key for each flag which you will use in your application code. You can copy the flag key by clicking on the copy icon to the right.
The overview also shows if a flag has any Targeting or Rollout settings configured for the environment which can be seen by the Target and Rollout labels as shown in the image above.
To get a quick view of the target and rollout settings you can click on the label and you will be presented with a popup window showing you the current configuration.
The served status shows you if the feature flag is being served from the Floodgate servers to your application. If the served status is off it means your application is not going to receive this feature flag for evaluation and your application will fall back to it's default setting per your application code.
The served status should not be confused with the value that a flag is returning to your application, i.e. true or false.
The default delivery column shows you the default value set for the feature flag. This is the value which your application will use when being access by your users.
Note that the default delivery value maybe overriden if you have User Targeting or Percentage Rollout enabled.
You can configure your team members to have either read or read/write access to the environment flag dashboard. This allows your team members to self-service accessing the dashboard to see the state of each flag if needed.
